Boscombe Area Forum update

This evening's meeting was to elect a new committee to run the forum and set a new constitution. Instead it has a new interim committee; I'm Secretary, one of the local Police beat officers - it is hoped - will be Chair. The Constitution didn't go so well; don't know where the people at the Council found it, but it was full of holes, and I had to point them all out.

I'd like to thank all the residents who voted for me in the election. Like the vast majority of the Lib Dem group, I lost my seat. We're down the seven Councillors - the Conservatives are in charge now. I think local people made a good choice in electing Lisa Northover.
